OptimCall
OptimCall is an end-user oriented phone call management system for corporate telephony. It provides the users with better control over their phone calls than it is usual today and offers functions going beyond the today's standard. The aim of OptimCall is not to replace the PBX but rather extend its functions.
When using OptimCall, the users feel no change at the first sight as they keep using their regular phones. The new thing is an accompanying web-based information system that offers information and settings of user’s phone lines, all in a pleasant graphical interface. All the settings can be done on the per-line basis, without the need of changing configuration of the PBX or user's phone.
OptimCall is ready to be integrated with corporate information systems such as attendance systems, calendars, CRM systems, address books etc.
