Call Recording
Call recording is an essential tool for storing voice communicationcontent. The possibility to record voice channels is a natural part of the OptimTalk Voice Browser and thus this feature is available in every situation. Besides normal recording, it is also possible to record only one direction of the call, record conference calls, keep recording to one file even after multiple call redirects, etc., exactly according to the customer's specific needs.
Recordings can be further processed using speech technologies such as speech-to-text transcription, keyword spotting, speaker recognition, languagerecognition, genderrecognition, etc. The content of voice communication can be then incorporated into standard information systems and make it accessbile for further processing.
